How long will it take for us to receive the product?

Handing time:1-2 working days. Shipping time:about 3-7 working days.

Free Shipping on all paddleboards purchased in the UK, EU countries. The shipping charges for paddle board accessories will be applied at checkout.

Do I need to pay customs duties

1.If it is sent from a local warehouse, you do not need to pay tax（Free shipping and tax free,like if the orders shipped from US/EU/CA warehouse）

2.If the goods are shipped from Asian factories, you need to pay customs duties (Like if you purchase in Canada, but the goods are shipped from Asian factories, you may need to pay about 15-29CAD for the duty fee)

How much tax do I have to pay?

According to our customer feedback, the approximate duties of different countries:
Canada: Approximately 15-29 Canadian dollars duties will be levied on each paddle board（The excess amount can be returned by contacting us）
United Kingdom: about 20-25 pounds（The excess amount can be returned by contacting us）
United States: Duty-free
Germany: EUR 20-25 （The excess amount can be returned by contacting us）
Other EU countries: 20-25 euros （The excess amount can be returned by contacting us）

How to calculate the amount of tax I need to pay？

Take the European Union as an example：

The customs levied taxes and levied duties and import value-added tax in a certain proportion according to the value of the goods declared by us. If customs suspects that our declaration is low, they may verify the value of the goods themself.

For example, we declare $50
1). The import tariff is 2.5%: 50*2.5%=1.25$
2). The import value-added tax is: (50+1.25)*19%=9.7$
Total tax: 1)+2)=10.95$
